By engaging WebHourly, you agree to these terms. A separate project agreement details scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms.
WebHourly provides web development, web app development, and related digital services as described in project proposals.
Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and assets become your property. Third-party libraries retain their licenses.
Defined per project agreement. Typically milestone-based. Invoices due within 14 days. Late payments may result in project suspension.
Scope changes documented in change orders with timeline and cost adjustments.
Deliverables function as specified. Bug fixes within warranty period at no cost. Total liability limited to project amount paid.
Both parties maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. NDAs available upon request.
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Client pays for completed work and receives all deliverables. Prepaid incomplete milestones refunded.
